At Dancing Bee Honey Farm, we see ourselves as stewards of our honey bees as we guide a natural process that has occurred for the last one hundred million years. Our bees collect pollen and nectar from local flowers and in return provide the flowers with crucial pollination services.
Nectar for our honey comes from a variety of floral sources from the hillsides of rural Dane County. Our premium raw honey has a uniquely light and delicate flavor imparted from local wildflowers, including yellow and white sweet clover, basswood, and black locust trees.
